Networking :
1. How to register?
See the grey bar under the Glion panorama and click on 'Register'.
Once you have registered, received the confirmation and then signed in, you can join a group, i.e. a Local Chapter. To do so, on the homepage, click on ‘Jump to a Group Homepage’ under the Glion panorama; you will reach a page from which you will be able to join the Chapter of your choice.
2. I forgot my 'Username' AND my 'Password': What should I do?
See the grey bar under the Glion panorama and click on 'Contact us' or send an e-mail message directly to aag@glion.edu.
3. How do I update my profile?
Sign in and see on the right side of the screen the blue field 'My Profile'. Click on section 'Edit My Profile' and insert your updates in the relevant fields. Don’t forget to click on the 'Save Changes' button at the end of the page.
You need to update regularly your details directly on the website, namely your e-mail address, in order to receive any information sent by e-mail.
4. Why should I register with a Class or a Chapter?
You will be able to network directly and at once with all members of your Class/Graduation or your Local Chapter.
5. How do I join a Class or a Local Chapter?
Once you have completed the initial registration, received the confirmation and then signed in, see the top grey bar and click on 'Jump to a Group Homepage'. You will reach a page from which you will be able to join the Chapter or Class of your choice.
See horizontal grey bar menu and click on 'Join Group'.
6. How do I quickly access the information concerning my Class Year or the Chapter I have joined?
Sign in and see on the right side of the screen the blue field 'My Profile'. Select section 'My Groups'. Click on each of the groups mentioned and you will reach their respective homepages. See on top of each homepage the horizontal grey menu bar (Group Home, Directory, Photo, Blogs, etc.) and make use of it.
7. How do I send a bulk e-mail to all members of my Class/Gradution or the Chapter I have joined?
Sign in and see on the right side of the screen the blue field 'My Profile'. Select section 'My Groups'; see for each of your groups the link 'E-mail Group' and click on the one concerned.
You will reach a page with the heading 'E-mail Group Members – Step 1: compose’, then :
- Select in the 'To' field your Class Year or the Chapter you have joined
- Indicate the 'Subject' in the relevant field
- Compose your message in the field 'E-mail Body'
- Click on the 'Preview E-mail' button. You can then either click on the 'Send E-mail' button or click, if need be, on the 'Edit' button, before previewing your message again and finally sending it.
Most important: You need to update regularly your details directly on the website, namely your e-mail address, in order to receive any information sent by e-mail by your Class/Graduation, your Chapter and the AAG Office.
8. Are you identified as a non-registered member?
This means you ARE in our database but not yet registered on this new official AAG Alumni Community website launched in March 2008. Your data may perhaps not be complete. We would like to invite you to register so that you may update your data, your profile, add a picture and join the network of your old school friends.
9. Are you identified as a lost member?
This means you ARE in our database but your data has not been updated for quite a while. We would welcome your registration as a new member so that you may update your data, your profile, add a picture and join the network of your old school friends.
10. I know about a lost person, what should I do?
Send an e-mail with his/her coordinates to the AAG Office, who will follow-up: aag@glion.edu.
11. I’d like to contribute to a Class/Graduation or Local Chapter page, what should I do?
Please send an e-mail to aag@glion.ch. We look forward to your support and we can help you with the first steps to post texts and photos.
12. I’d like to recommend the school to some friends, who should be contacted?

13. Any cookies or strange bugs?
Try to 'Clear Cache' in your browser. Delete your cookies. Try another browser. Ask your computer shop or help desk. Contact the AAG office at aag@glion.edu.
