Celebrating a Promotion in Los Angeles

Subhi Abdin, a Glion alumnus with a Master’s in International Hospitality Management, has been promoted to Director of Operations at the Forbes-rated Conrad Los Angeles. With more than 15 years of global experience across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, Subhi has held leadership roles with renowned brands including Hilton, Four Seasons, Fairmont, SLH, and independent restaurant groups.

In his expanded role, he now oversees rooms operations and security in addition to food and beverage, driving excellence in guest experience, luxury service, and performance culture. Subhi credits both Glion’s leadership foundation and Hilton’s strong leadership culture for shaping his approach to people, service, and performance.

He remains committed to shaping memorable guest journeys and developing the next generation of hospitality leaders.
