Companies: how to recruit on the network?

General Information

-

07.10.2025

As a partner company, you benefit from privileged access to the pool of candidates in our network.

Welcome to our Glion Alumni network!

To help you get started with this new tool, below are a series of recommendations for using it optimally.

Enhance your employer brand

As a recruiter, you have a personal profile linked to your company profile.

Your personal profile and company profile can be viewed by users of our network.

Promote your company image and employer brand by completing these profiles.

Customize your profile

From your profile page, take a few minutes to:

- add your profile photo

- customize your banner (why not use an image of your company?)

- make sure your contact info is accurate (if not, edit it from your account settings)

Customize your company profile

The more complete your company profile is, the better it will rank in our dedicated directory. A well-presented company profile will also be more engaging for potential candidates.

From your profile, click on your company’s name.

On your company profile page, go to “Edit Company Profile

Upload your logo (500x500 px.)

Fill in the company description first, then as much information as possible before saving (Edit Company)

Return to your company page and ideally add a banner image to enhance the profile using the image icon in the top right corner

Your company profile is ready! Now it's time to post your job offers and start searching for candidates.

Post your offers and manage applications

Glion Alumni network provides you with a recruiter dashboard where you can easily post and manage your job and internship offers, track applications, browse the CV library, and set candidate alerts.

Easily post and manage job offers

Glion Alumni network has a complete job board to help users find the best offers, save them, and apply. Make sure to fill in your offers as completely as possible to make them stand out.

Post an offer

First, post your first offers on the platform in just one click.

We encourage you to fill in as much detail as possible: contract type, job role, experience required, salary offered… The more precise your offer, the more likely it is to appear in candidates’ “job alerts”.

Also make sure to fill in the “Job Description” and “Candidate Profile” sections thoroughly.

Tip: Want to redirect applications to another site? Add your application site URL in the “Application Link” field.

Manage posted offers

From the Posted Offers tab, easily manage all your offers on the platform. You can:

- edit

- unpublish

- mark as “filled”

- delete

We recommend unpublishing outdated offers and reposting them when positions reopen (especially for internships).

Practical info: Job offers have a fixed publication duration. Before expiration, you’ll receive a reminder to renew or mark the offer as filled.

Sort your candidates

From the Application Tracking tab, find all the candidates who applied to your offers.

Preview their CVs, add them to your “favorites” list, and get in touch quickly to move forward with the recruitment process.

Browse the CV library and find the ideal candidate

Glion Alumni network is more than just a job board. It’s also a powerful sourcing tool to help you find the right talents for your opportunities.

From the CV library tab, browse profiles of users actively looking or open to new opportunities. Use filters to refine your search and contact candidates easily.

Don’t have time to check Glion Alumni network regularly? Don’t worry!

Set up one or more candidate alerts from your recruiter space and get notified as soon as a matching profile is updated.

You can activate and deactivate your alerts whenever you want.
