She now serves as Regional Director of Hospitality at The Bristal Assisted Living, overseeing multiple communities in New York and New Jersey. In her role, she focuses on maintaining consistent, high-standard service, enhancing resident satisfaction, and leading strategic initiatives like staff training, quality audits, and improving resident retention.
Her hospitality background inspires her efforts to bring personalization, dignity, and thoughtful touches to senior living. One particular focus is the critical first 30 days of residency—she designs processes that ease the transition and cater to emotional, physical, and social well‑being.
