Holistic Nutritionist - Integrative Health

As a holistic nutritionist specialising in integrative health, microbiology and hormonal balance, I support my patients through an approach based on science and a comprehensive understanding of the body. 



My method combines functional nutrition, stress and emotion management, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for the relationship with the body and food. Each programme is personalised and aims to restore internal balance (physical, digestive, hormonal, emotional and metabolic) in order to optimise health, performance and vitality.


I work with athletes, patients suffering from hormonal or digestive imbalances, as well as people seeking overall well-being. My experience in professional ballet has given me a keen understanding of the body, movement and performance, which I now integrate into a holistic view of health.


I also work with companies and institutions on topics such as nutrition, stress, performance and wellbeing (Nescens Clinic, Holmes Place, ViaSlim, Athos Agency, European School of Ballet, etc.).



Conferences, workshops & events

A former professional dancer (Béjart Ballet, La Scala in Milan), I successfully transitioned into the fields of health and entrepreneurship.

As a specialist in holistic health and founder of Manilea NutriChain (a food tech company), I now create and participate in inspiring, practical and impactful conferences in French and English.
