How to change my mail or password for the registration ?

First log in with your current credentials.
Then click on "Update my profile" in the user menu in the right-hand column.
Finally, click on the "Identification" tab
Enter your new e-mail address or your new password.
In order for this information to be saved you will need to enter your current password.
