Following the three wonderful years at Glion that gave me plenty of amazing memories and an appetite to meet others and travel the world, I engaged in the hospitality industry.
After a 15 year journey that brought me from Ireland to Istanbul, going through Seychelles, Spain, USA, and the Arab Emirates as Director of F&B, I was approached by a former client of mine, a business tycoon Mr. Nirmal Sethia to assist him in his passion.
I embraced the new challenge as a Managing Director of Newby Teas (Suisse) SA.
Newby is a tea company founded at the turn of century to revive the Art of Tea.
Our main shareholder is a Charity that works for the Education of Young Women in India, and a autism center in UK among other foundations and all our profits are committed to those missions.
We work ethically with gardens, control the whole process of sourcing, blending, preserving and packaging which has resulted in the most awarded tea company in the world on blind tasting. We currently partner with some of the finest establishments globally including Palaces, Clinics and Spas.
